Is California Adventure also decorated for Valentines Day?

    Hello Laura!

Thanks for bringing your question here to planDisney! I love questions that involve la romance, and I think the Disneyland Resort is the perfect place to celebrate! I'm so glad to share some of the ways that guests can celebrate Valentine’s Day at the Disney California Adventure Park.

Overall, both resort parks are currently draped in platinum and purple for the Disney100 Celebration. This year-long celebration began this week, and I can promise you that the food offerings are so decadent that you and your One True Love will always remember this special year.

As of the last week of January, I saw no decorations for the Valentine’s season at Disney California Adventure. I’ve celebrated several Valentine’s as well as date nights with my “hunny” at the Disneyland Resort, and typically, this park does not tend to decorate for the season of love. However, Disney California Adventure is filled with romantic spots and experiences that adults can share.

One year, my Prince Charming booked an elegant, intimate dinner at the Carthay Circle Restaurant for us to enjoy. We felt like Old Hollywood movie stars! Also, this is one of the locations where you can add a Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to your meal to make your feast more special. Other locations where you can enjoy celebration cake delivery at Disney California Adventure are the Lamplight Lounge and the Wine Country Trattoria. The Lamplight Lounge dining area overlooks the beautiful waterfront where the World of Color - ONE nighttime spectacular takes place each evening. The indescribable charm of the intimate Napa Valley garden setting at the Wine Country Trattoria makes it a very popular date night spot for adults. Be sure to make dining reservations as soon as possible, Laura! They can be made up to 60 days in advance, so popular nights like Valentine’s Day and the weekends surrounding them can be booked out.

I hope this answers your question about Valentine's decorations Laura, but I also hope that I shared some ways to make this season special for you and your loved ones. If you have any more questions, I’d love to help you again!
