Hello Tiffiny, welcome home and welcome back to planDisney! The Disney Vacation Club Resorts are some of my favorite places to stay, especially when we visit Disneyland. Since neither the
Villas at Disneyland Hotel or the
Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa are my Home Resorts, it can get tricky securing a villa (but definitely not impossible!). Now let’s talk about how you can search for availability for villas at these resorts!
If you are a member, you can view availability for each room type on the
DVC website. In order to do so, log in to the site with your credentials. Select your desired travel dates as well as room types, and be sure to select both Disneyland Hotel and Grand Californian from the list of resorts. From there you’ll see if the resorts have availability for your travel dates and you can check other months within the range of dates you are able to book for availability.
If you’re not a member, don’t fret! You don’t have to be a DVC member to book DVC villas and you can search for availability on the
Disneyland website. While you won’t be able to view an availability calendar similar to the DVC website, you can search for your desired travel dates to see if any villas are available.
Here’s a bonus tip! Don’t forget to check the website’s
Offers & Discounts page for any applicable offers that apply to villa stays. Right now, I see
an offer for up to 25% for cash stays at the Villas at Disneyland Hotel, valid now through May 21, 2026 (subject to availability).
