Greetings, Gloria, and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I’m so glad to hEAR you purchased the amazing
3-Day SoCal Resident Ticket Offer! This Offer is such a wonderful way to experience three full days of magic and adventure at the
Happiest Place on Earth!
I’m also glad to hEAR you’re using the
Disneyland app, which is my favorite handy helper in the theme parks! Typically, after selecting a
ticket or Passport on the app, you’ll see the option to “Delete This Ticket/Passport” in blue directly underneath it, next to the “Admission Calendar” icon. However, I’ve noticed this option usually only shows up for tickets or Passports that aren’t on the same contract as mine. So, I don’t receive that option for either of my children’s Passports, either. However, I do receive that option for my mom’s Passport, which I have linked for when we visit the parks together. Since you’re not seeing the option to remove your daughter’s ticket from your app, I recommend contacting Guest Information at (714) 781-4636, so a Cast Member can assist you.
There is
so much to see and do at the Disneyland Resort right now! From the all-new
“Magic Happens” Parade, to the
2020 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, there’s truly something for everyone. I recently had the chance to try some of the delicious food being offered at the Food & Wine Festival, and I'd love to share my favorite
Festival Marketplaces: Avocado Time, Cluck-a-Doodle-Moo, I Heart Artichokes, and LA Style.
Wishing you and your daughter pixie-dusted adventures, Gloria!
