Do the Cabins at Camp Wilderness have full kitchen stocked? With pots and pans?

Howdy, Trenny! Thanks for moseying on by planDisney with your question. Let's sit a spell and chat about your home-away-from home at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground!

Trenny, I'm so glad you decided to try one of the amazing cabins at "the Fort." My family stays there as often as we can, and I absolutely love it. Enjoying a quiet cup of coffee on your own private deck among the trees is heavenly, and it may just make you forget you're only a boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom Park!

And when you're ready for that morning coffee, there's no need to worry about bringing coffee cups or any other dishware along with you. Your cabin is fully stocked with plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, a full-sized coffee maker, a toaster, and even a tea kettle! When it's time to clean up, you've got dish detergent, sponges, kitchen towels, and paper towels. Don't feel like washing dishes by hand? No worries! Just pop everything in the dishwasher!

Your kitchen also sports a full-sized refrigerator, so you can stock up on drinks, snacks, and of course, any yummy leftovers you brought back from your dining reservations. You'll find lots of provisions at the Meadow Trading Post near the main pool and at the Settlement Trading Post next to the marina. You can also have groceries delivered right to your cabin! Just fill out the order form and send it via fax, email, or regular mail as directed on the top of the form. Next thing you know, you'll have vittles headed your way!

Trenny, I could just go on and on about how much I love the cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. I'm happy to answer any other questions you might have as you get ready for your magical adventure in the wilderness, so come on back and see us again, ya hear?

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
