how can 4 cabins book in the same area? alos can we request the same dining time?

    Hello, Cindy,

It sounds like you are planning a big, magical cruise! I'm so excited for you. And I'm happy to share advice for how to book your adventure on the Disney Cruise Line.

If you'd like, you may call the Disney Cruise Line and speak with a friendly Cast Member to help book a cruise with staterooms that are "practically perfect in every way" for you and your party. Alternatively, my preferred way to book multiple staterooms is using the Find a Cruise page on the Disney Cruise Line website. The site allows up to four staterooms to be booked at a time. The cruise selection filter includes a place to indicate how many Guests are in your party. Enter the number of adults and children in the first stateroom. Then tap or click the "Add Another Stateroom" link to add a line for a second stateroom. Continue adding staterooms and setting the number of passengers until you have all four of your rooms filled in.

Along with entering the counts for each stateroom in your party, you may also set other filter options, such as the month you'd like to cruise, your desired starting port, and even which of the several amazing Disney Cruise Line ships you'd like to experience. Use the "View Dates" button to reveal the options that match your preference. Next, comes the hard part: choosing from the many dates and itineraries that are offered. Once you continue with a specific sailing date, use the View Staterooms button to proceed with selecting your accommodations. Depending on availability for the cruise you selected, you may very well find several staterooms located on the same deck and near each other for you to book. The online booking tool even allows you to filter rooms even more to show only staterooms that are connected to each other by an interior door. Up to two staterooms may have connecting doors. So a group of four staterooms may have up to two separate pairs of rooms with connecting doors.

If you book all of your staterooms at the same time, you will automatically be linked together. That also means that your dining time and table(s) will all be together as well. If anyone in your party happened to book their stateroom separately, you may call Disney Cruise Line to request that your room reservations be linked together and that your dining rotation is the same as each other.

I do love a Disney cruise with a large party. On my last large-group cruise, we had more than 20 friends and family sailing together on the beautiful Disney Magic. It was a magical cruise that happened to visit both Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. We hope to repeat it again soon.

I hope you have a magical cruise, Cindy!
    ~Tony
