I have 4 cabin reservations all booked under my name with 3 cabins for each of my 3 children and their children and 1 cabin for my wife and me. How do I link all 4 cabins? Also, how do I assure each cabin has same embark time when I do cruise check in?

    Ahoy, James!

Welcome to planDisney! What a memorable vacation you have planned for your family aboard Disney Cruise Line. A cruise is such a wonderful way to travel with multiple generations because there is something for Guests of every age. You'll enjoy coming together each day for activities planned by the fabulous cruise staff and heading ashore to explore your ports of call. Meal time is always a great time to share about the day's events and plan for the following day's fun with the entire crew. I know lots of magical moments are in store for your family with Mickey and the gang.

James, you should be able to link four staterooms together online via the Disney Cruise Line website or the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. On the website, under "Already Booked," select "My  Reservations" and log in to view your reservation details. On the right-hand side of the screen, you'll see your reservation number and a small arrow. Click on that arrow to find "Add and Link Reservations." Once you click here, you'll be able to connect all your family's staterooms. Each time you link, you'll need the reservation confirmation number, one of the guests' last names, and the guest's birthdate. Once connected, you'll be able to share plans and be assigned the same dining table (or tables, since it's a large group). On the app, tap "More" at the bottom of the screen, then "Add a Reservation." You'll then add the same information I mentioned above for each stateroom.

To assure you board together, have everyone select the same time when your online check-in opens. This check-in time is determined by your Castaway Club status, between 30 and 40 days before you set sail. If you don't all secure the same time, you can continue to check online up to three days before embarkation to see if more slots open up. Your other option is to board with the stateroom that has the latest assigned boarding time. I know it's hard to wait, but you'll be able to take your boarding photos together and hear the magical words, "Welcome aboard," as you set foot into the beautiful Grand Hall or Lobby Atrium!

James, I am excited for your family and all the special memories that will be made on Disney Cruise Line. We hope you'll visit us again here at planDisney.
