What cabin loop at Fort Wilderness should I request? I’m looking for something that would be close to the bus stop and also (when on the way back to the cabin) the first drop off spot?

    Hi Kara,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I hope you're getting excited for your Walt Disney World wilderness adventure! One way to help you decide which cabin area to request at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is to take a look at the online interactive Resort map. If you use the Google Chrome browser when viewing the map, you will see icons that you can click on to get more information. So, for example, you can click on the bus icon near a bus stop and it will show you the cabin loops for that bus stop. It's helpful to know that there is an internal bus loop, and also separate bus transportation at the Outpost Depot near the Resort entrance for bus service to Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom, the water parks, and Disney Springs. Looking at the interactive map with Google Chrome, you'll see that Loops 2700 - 2800 are nearest to the Outpost Depot near the main entrance. If you are heading to Magic Kingdom Park, you would use the boat transportation accessible from Settlement Trading Post.

Kara, I hope this helps provide you with information to plan your most amazing Walt Disney World vacation. If you have any questions as you plan your stay, please do come back to us at Disney Parks Moms Panel. We are here for you and happy to help.

    Enjoy your Disney

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
