To cab or not to cab? 17 days to go!! I have heard that after wishes fireworks it is faster to walk to the a near by resort and take a cab. Since we are flying I won't have any car seats. Is this an issue? Also, there are nine of us.

    Hi there Carrie!

Not too much longer now! I'm so jealous! Did you know that there will be MANY Moms Panelists at Walt Disney World the same time you will be there? If you see any of us in the parks, do not be afraid to come over and say hi! The crowd after Wishes tends to be rather large but there are ways to make the trip a bit better for you. If you are staying at a non Monorail resort, the best way is to take a cab but I'm not sure if you would like the fares. Cabs are somewhat expensive there and I'm not sure if you will incur more of a charge for so many people. I do not think there is a problem with not having a car seat either. I have seen people exiting the cabs with kids in their laps.

By far the least expensive way would be to wait for a bus. I never walk out right after Wishes. I try to give myself some time shopping and relaxing then head out to the buses. It just makes it easier and less crowded.

Good luck on your trip and I hope you have a magnificent time! If you have more questions in the next few days, we are always here for you!
