Cab you leave MC for lunch reservation at Disney Resort and get back in MC with same ticket? (Staying off site)

Hello Priyanka and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am so glad that you are considering leaving the parks to explore the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels!  There are some fantastic dining choices at the resort hotels. Our favorite picks for Resort dining are Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort and 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. But, you really can't go wrong at any of the Disney Table Service locations.

Your theme park ticket includes the ability to leave and come back on the same day. I see you will be visiting in August. During the time of your visit, you should have no trouble with leaving and returning.  The inability to return is only a concern on days that parks are closed due to capacity crowds. This most often happens on Christmas and New Years.

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please come back if we can be of further assistance.

    See ya real soon,
    Anne

I’m Anne, a native Iowan, wife, mother, and grandmother. For me, a major part of the fun of a Disney trip is the planning. I have traveled to the Disney Parks in multiple stages of my life, including as a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and grandmother.  One of my favorite things to do is to travel with multi-generational groups. I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures. Learn More About Anne
