I am buying tickets & I'm undecided between a 7 day ticket and an annual pass. I was wondering if I buy both but only use my annual pass on my next trip will my 7 day ticket expire or will the ticket remain good until 14 days after the first use?

    Hello Kerry!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. One of the most difficult decisions for me is to be an Annual Passholder or not to be an Annual Passholder. This year is my first year as an Annual Passholder, and I am loving it. Not only did the savings on tickets make sense since I had several trips planned, but I am also saving with merchandise, food, and room discounts.

If you would like to purchase a separate theme park ticket, too, you are correct that your ticket will remain good until the first day it is used. Magic Your Way Base Tickets expire 14 days after their first use. If you purchase the No Expiration Option, unused days never expire.

The Annual Passholder Benefits page also helped me to decide whether it was right for me. Good luck with your decision! If we can be of any more assistance, please come back and see us real soon!
