I am buying 4 tickets to Disneyland and one of the tickets is for my dads friend I don’t know her last name and can’t reach her. What do I do?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Constance!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! We know all of you are going to have the most MAGICAL time ever!

I am so sorry you are having issues getting in touch with your friend to verify her dad's last name. While you might be a little stressed about this now, are you ready for me to eliminate some of that stress for you? I am very happy to inform you that you do not necessarily need to know the last name of your friend's dad to purchase his Disneyland Theme Park Ticket. When your group arrives at one of the Disneyland Theme Parks, a Cast Member will take a picture of each person as they use their specific ticket. At that point, the ticket is then attached to the person on the picture, not to the name on the ticket. Now, don't you just LOVE happy endings? I know I do!

Mickey Mouse and his pals are making TIGGER-ific announcements all of the time, and we don't want you to miss a THING! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you need anything else, please let us know! We a just a question away!

    See Ya Real Soon!
