    I am buying lanyards & trading pins ahead of time for my boys. Other than the pins needing to be authentic, are there any other guidelines they need to follow? Is it always a 1-for-1 trade? Or might there be times they will have to give up 2 to get 1?

    Hi Nickie!

         My son and I love trading Disney pins in Walt Disney World!  It is a one for one trade and you are permitted to trade up to two pins per Cast Member.  Look for Cast Members wearing Green lanyards or Green hip lanyards because these pins are available to trade for only kids 3 to 12 years old and there are often special pins that are hard to get on these Green lanyards.

    I hope that you make some magical memories Pin Trading on your next Walt Disney World vacation.
