I am buying Disney World passes with the promo for Canadian residents. I know we exchange the vouchers at the park. Is it possible to do the exchange the day before we go into the park? I don’t want to carry around passports all day if we don’t need to.

    Hi Kyle,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian!

I’m thrilled to hear that you’ll be able to use the Special Offer for Canadian residents on Theme Park Tickets during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. It really is a great deal. You can absolutely visit Guest Relations at any Theme Park or Disney Springs prior to your the first day that you plan to use your tickets.

In fact, I highly recommend heading over to Guest Relations at Disney Springs to activate them the day before your first visit to a Theme Park. This not only allows you to avoid having to carry your passport with you during a day in the Parks, it also allows you to get right to the action the moment you arrive. And, hey, while you’re at Disney Springs, there’s always time for a cupcake at Sprinkles or some other delicious treat while you’re there. After all, what’s vacation without a little indulgence?!

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
