If I am buying 7 day magic tickets from the 21st Dec 2023, do I need to reserve my park admission days?

    Hiya Louise!

Welcome to planDisney! A 7-day trip to Walt Disney World Resort sounds like the perfect way to enjoy the holiday season. You will find the Parks decorated beautifully with evergreens, ribbons, and twinkly lights. Just magical and if you're lucky you may get to experience fake snow!

The 7-Day Disney Magic Ticket is a great value that lets you explore all four Parks with the Park Hopper option but until January 9, 2024, Theme Park Reservations are still required. Since you are arriving before that date you will still have to set that up and it looks like right now there is plenty of theme park availability. However, I would not delay as it will fill up the closer you get to your arrival date.

I'm not sure if you already made plans but may I tempt you to consider a very special event? You will arrive just in time to enjoy the last Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party of the year! At this moment, there are tickets still available for Friday, December 22! Tickets include the ability to enter Magic Kingdom Park at 4 PM to enjoy the Park before the Party officially starts at 7 PM. No theme park reservations are needed for this event! Enjoy cookies and hot cocoa while watching Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show. It is truly one of the best events of the year and I hope you get a chance to enjoy it.

    Happy Planning!

Hey, it's Nimmy from New York! Just like my guy Jiminy Cricket I am your wisecracking and helpful guide to making the best decisions for your Disney vacation! My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
