We are buying APs for our next trip. I know we have to activate the vouchers when we get to the park, but I don't know how to book advance FP+. Can I add the voucher to My Disney Experience without starting the one year clock on my pass?

    Hi, Sarah!

We absolutely love our Walt Disney World Annual Passes! I am so excited for all of the fun that's in store for you once you begin your year of magical trips to WDW!

I always purchase or renew our Walt Disney World Annual Passes online, directly from Walt Disney World's website; once you do the same, you'll get a confirmation number which you can then add to your My Disney Experience account. As soon as you have done so, you'll be able to reserve your FastPass+ options immediately. Take a look at this very helpful link that details Annual Passholder FastPass+ benefits, where you'll see that your FP+ arrangements can be made 30 days in advance--60 days in advance if you also have a Disney Resort hotel reservation.

"The clock" on your WDW Annual Pass will begin on the day that you first activate it by entering a park via that ticket. Date of purchase and date of FastPass+ arrangements being made will not effect your start date. No worries there!

Have so much fun planning how to get the very best use out of your Walt Disney World Annual Pass, Sarah! Be sure to sent more questions our way as you think of them, too. We love to help!
