Hello and welcome back to planDisney, Andrea!
Thank you for stopping by with another excellent question. It is an honor to continue to be part of your Disney holiday planning adventure!
I am happy to hear your sister wants to join you during your time at the Walt Disney World Resort. I cannot think of a better place for a family reunion. I highly recommend purchasing Memory Maker to let the talented
Disney PhotoPass service photographers capture all the memories you will make together. Besides including everyone in the picture and enjoying unlimited photo downloads, I also love that Memory Maker includes photos and videos from select attractions. If you purchase Memory Maker, remember to stop by the Disney PhotoPass Studio at Disney Springs for a photo session. Photos taken at the studio are included with your Memory Maker entitlement.
For your sister to join you and stay with you, you must include her in your reservation. If you purchase a Disney vacation package, including theme park tickets and a stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, please note that adding your sister to the booking means she will be added for the same number of nights and have the same tickets. To inquire about adding your sister to your package reservation, I recommend contacting the
Disney Travel Company in the United Kingdom to inquire about rates, terms, and conditions.
If you decide to book a room-only reservation and purchase theme park tickets separately, you can verify about adding your sister to your room reservation, and she can buy her tickets separately. You will have to add her to the room for the duration of your stay, but she will be able to inquire about special theme park ticket rates that may be available for Florida residents. She can check prices on the United States website of the Walt Disney World Resort. Please note beginning January 9, 2024,
Theme Park Reservations will no longer be required for date-based tickets.
I hope this information is helpful, Andrea. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, and have a magical family holiday at the
Walt Disney World Resort!
See ya real soon,
Thiana
