We want to buy 4 Two-day passes, but bring a different guest for the 4th ticket on each day. (Dad on one day and grandpa on the other). Can we Dad use the ticket one day and grandpa on the other day?

    Hey Ana!

Welcome to planDisney! We’re over the moon you brought your question our way!

It sounds like you’ve planned a family vacation to “The Happiest Place on Earth!” That's great! But, in order for your father and your grandfather to join in on the fun, they'll each require their own ticket. That’s because once your party arrives at the turnstiles of the Disneyland Resort Theme Parks, a Cast Member will take a picture of each person and link it to their ticket. After that, the ticket will be associated with the person in the picture, not the name on the ticket. So, multi-day Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets must be used by the same person each day. After the first use, a ticket may not be used by a new person.

Thanks again for dropping by planDisney with a question!

Meet the Panelist: Tiffanie, California

Greetings from San Diego, CA! I'm a wife, cat mom and Disney-loving "childfree millennial." I've traveled all around the world, but my favorite place to visit is "The Happiest Place on Earth!" I've been going to the Disneyland Resort for over 25 years. Each time I step through the turnstiles to enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy, I feel the magic of Walt Disney's original park. I can't wait to answer your questions and help you experience all that the Disneyland Resort has to offer! Learn More About Tiffanie
