    Hello, I would like to buy two tickets for Disneyland California Park online from Mexico. I have an account on the Disney website but I can't make the payment using valid credit cards, what can I do?

    Welcome to planDisney, Hugo! I'm so happy you're here and we'll be glad to help as you prepare for your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort. It's a wonderful time to celebrate the magic awaiting you at 'The Happiest Place on Earth!'

    I'm sorry to hear that you had some trouble securing your tickets and theme park reservations. Disneyland Resort accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex, as well as Disney Gift Cards and Disney Rewards Redemption Cards. Guests can also opt to use PayPal services. If you are still having trouble with the transaction through your MyDisney account, I suggest that you call to speak with a Cast Member using the Tickets line. They can assist you with your ticket purchase and with making theme park reservations so that you can proceed with your vacation planning. Generally, Cast Members are available between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time, each day of the week.
