Hi Margaret, welcome to planDisney!
Thanks so much for bringing your question to us! I'm happy to help!
Standard multi-day tickets purchased this year must be used by January 12, 2024 or within 13 days of first use, whichever occurs first. If you make a
theme park reservation but aren't able to make those dates due to COVID or some other circumstance, you can hop into your
Disneyland Resort account and change your reservation dates to a future date that will work better for you! I'm happy to walk you through the steps.
First, you will need to cancel your current reservation by logging in to your Disneyland Resort account, selecting the "My Disneyland" link, and then clicking the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link. Select the reservation you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Reservation". Once canceled, you're free to go ahead and book your new reservation!
AND, if by chance your tickets expire (passes January 12, 2024), you still have options! Per
Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. Neat right? So have no worries, no matter what, Mickey and his Pals have you covered!
I hope that helped, and if you have any more questions, please visit us again!
See ya real soon!
