So if I buy a tier 0 or tier 1 ticket, I can use it for a Tier 6 day, correct?

Hey there, hi there, Tina! Welcome to planDisney. You've brought us a great ticket question!

I hope you are getting excited to visit the parks really soon! If you purchase a ticket for a tier 0 day, you will only be able to use it for a tier 0 day. If you purchase a tier 1 day, you could use it on a tier 0 or 1 day. If you have already purchased a tier 0 or 1 ticket, you can upgrade this ticket to be able to use it on a higher tier day, like a tier 6 day. Some tickets are able to be upgraded online now. Just log into your Disney account on the Disneyland app and under the "My Disneyland" tab, click on "Change Your Theme Park Tickets". This will let you know if any tickets linked to your account are eligible to be changed. If the ticket shows it's ineligible, you can call into Ticket Services and have them assist you over the phone. Once you have the correct ticket, be sure to make a theme park reservation!

Be sure to check out the latest Disney Eats that have dropped into the parks. I will for sure be mobile ordering the fried pickles from Smokejumpers Grill on my next visit. Of course, the newest Foodie Guide was also just released with all the fabulous celebratory food that will be happening for the 70th Celebration. You'll have to come back to experience that!

Tina, I hope you are able to get your ticket situation worked out and you get to visit soon! Thanks for stopping by!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
