Can we buy the tickets at the ticket boo tb on the day of our visit? We just decided to go and we will be going on the 24th December. Do we have time to get the tickets by mail or do we just need the confirmation e mail?

    Bom dia, Joana!

Welcome to planDisney. I’m excited for you as you look forward to a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!

Yes, theme park tickets may be purchased in person at a Disneyland Resort main entrance ticket booth. However, each Guest of the theme parks must have both a park ticket and a theme park reservation. Since park reservations are limited, I highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance to be sure your preferred park and date are still available before you arrive.

The Disneyland Resort offers an all-digital experience for theme park tickets. When you purchase theme park tickets online or using the Disneyland mobile app, your tickets are automatically linked to the account used. You can choose to print out the Disney eTickets as linked by the ticket purchase confirmation email. But the easiest way to access the eTickets is from the Tickets and Passes screen of the Disneyland app.

Tony’s Tip: There is a lot of magic packed into the Disneyland Resort. When my family visited the resort earlier this month, we decided to limit our visit to only one theme park because we only had one day available. We picked Disneyland Park so we could experience our favorite holiday-themed attraction: “it’s a small world” Holiday. If you are visiting for only one day as well, but you really wish to experience attractions and entertainment in both theme parks, you may choose to purchase Park Hopper tickets. Hopping between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park is quick and easy, as the two parks are less than 100 meters from each other!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Joana. If you have any more questions about visiting the Disneyland Resort, we’d love to hear from you again. If you’d prefer, you’re even welcome to send me a pergunta em português!

    Até logo!
