Hi there, Alejandra!
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney. With your trip just two sleeps away, I completely understand wanting to have all those pixie-dusted logistics in place.
Theme park tickets are the gateway to the magic, so let's take a spin in a teacup together and find an answer to your question.
It's good news that you can see your
theme park reservation! The system will not allow you to book a reservation without a theme park ticket, so we can rest assured that your purchase likely went through, and we just need to locate your tickets within the app. I highly recommend spending some time in the app ahead of your visit so you have a sense of what information is available to you and where to find it—I'm happy to help guide you through a lay of the land!
Open up the
Disneyland app and ensure you are logged into the same account used to purchase the tickets. Head to the three-line icon in the bottom right-hand corner and select "My Tickets and Passes". This is where any active tickets will be visible. By scrolling left, you can see multiple tickets if you have more than one in your account. Your tickets include a barcode, and this is what you will use to tap into the Main Entrance Gates to gain entry to the parks, as well as Lightning Lanes if you have added Multi-Pass to your tickets. I'm hopeful we've solved the mystery! If not, I would double-check that you received a purchase confirmation email. These typically come from "Disneyland Reservations" immediately after your purchase has gone through and include a link to your eTicket. Since your trip is just days away, if you are still having difficulty finding your tickets, I'd recommend giving the
Guest Services team a call. Their magic wand extends farther than mine, and they will be able to see directly into your account.
Alejandra, I truly hope we've resolved the case of the missing tickets, and you can sit back and just get excited for your upcoming visit! You are going to love being in the parks at this time of year and getting to experience the best of both the
70th Anniversary and
Halloween Time! If you've got a sweet tooth, you'll want to take a peek at the
Disney Parks Halloween Time Foodie Guide and
What's Cooking at Plaza de la Familia, which provide an extensive rundown of all the treats available during this special time of year. I'm sure it's already on your list, but a Halloween Time visit is not complete without stopping by Haunted Mansion Holiday to see what Jack Skellington and his crew have cooked up for the year, and staying to experience Halloween Screams at Sleeping Beauty Castle to cap off your day of magic.
I hope this has been helpful! If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at
planDisney.
Magic awaits!
Tara
