    Hi Peter! Since we stay at the Yacht or Beach Club resorts quite often we use the International Gateway entrance to EPCOT on a daily basis.  The small Guest Service windows at this entrance are fully functional where you can purchase tickets, replace lost tickets, pick up will call tickets, and purchase annual passes.  Please be aware there are only two windows and often only one has a cast member working but even if it is a bit slow it is worth not having to go to the main entrance of the park from this resort area.
