I want to buy tickets, park passes and make dining reservations

Hi there, Richard! Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like we have some Walt Disney World Resort vacation plans to make. Luckily, that's what we planDisney-ers do best!

First, a little prep work. If you haven't already, go ahead and download the free My Disney Experience app and set up your account. It will be the central hub of all the plans we're about to make. Plus, when you're in the Theme Parks, it's a big help for checking attraction wait times, placing Mobile Orders for meals on the go, and lots more.

Once you have your My Disney Experience account, let's get your tickets! Since we're fortunate enough to live in the Sunshine State, we have access to some great special offers for Walt Disney World! I recommend you check out the Florida Resident Discover Disney Ticket Offer going on right now. They're available in 2-, 3-, and 4-Day options. You can buy your tickets through your My Disney Experience account, and then we can move on to the next step - getting your Theme Park reservations!

Now let's head over to the Disney Park Pass page for those reservations. It's really easy! You'll choose the members of your party, then select the date and Theme Park you plan to visit, then hit "Confirm." Follow the same procedure for the other days of your visit, and you're good to go! (If you find you're having problems, you may need to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account.)

And what's a Disney vacation without some amazing meals? You can also make dining reservations on the Walt Disney World website or your My Disney Experience app! While you're choosing where to eat and when, just remember your Disney Park Pass reservations, because you'll need to have one if you plan to dine at a restaurant inside a Theme Park.

Richard, remember you can always call Disney's Guest Services to have a Cast Member personally walk you through all of these plans.

I know it sounds like a lot, but if you break it into smaller tasks, you'll have your vacation all planned before you know it! I hope this helps you make the most of your Disney days, Richard. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
