Hiya Cynthia!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for sending this
Disneyland Resort planning question to us hEAR!
First of all, I'm so sorry that you're reaching out due to
theme park admission tickets not being available for your desired Disney day this weekend. That's very unmagical indeed. This answer is tricky because it's possible (I'm very much one who subscribes to the belief of 'you never know until you ask'), but, you very well could drive down there and nothing is available. The good thing is that Disneyland has been doing a good job of putting out signs around the
parking areas to give a heads-up if tickets aren't available for the day, that way you won't pay to park, go through security, and then stand in line at the ticket booths to be told the same.
Just from looking at the online ticket sales portion of the Disneyland website as well as the
Park Pass Availability Calendar, I'm not sure we'll see anything else open up. Panelists are Guests just like you, and sadly we don't have a magic mirror into the internal workings of everything behind the scenes. Something that you could do is purchase an admission ticket from another source (a travel agent, AAA, sometimes grocery stores and big box stores in CA and surrounding states sell ticket gift cards) and then you'd only need to track down a Park Pass Reservation, which sometimes do become available same-day.
Pro Tip: There are still a few more weekends with both ticket and park pass availability to enjoy the not-so-scary
Halloween Time fun at Disneyland Resort. And PS - don't miss these
creepy eats and spooky treats!
I'm so sorry this wasn't the answer you were sEARching for, Cynthia. I'm wishing for some extra magical pixie dust for you! Be sure to follow the
