Hi there, Vera! Welcome to
planDisney, and thanks a bunch for stopping by with your question. I'm so happy that I get to help you out today!
Since the
Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel is not owned and operated by Disney, you will have to stop by any ticketing center or
Guest Relations location throughout the
Walt Disney World Resort in order to pick up your complimentary Key to the World cards, but you don't necessarily have to wait until you've reached one of the four Theme Park entrances for that! If you'd like to make this process quicker, I actually suggest getting it done as soon as you arrive in Orlando.
Once you've checked into the Dolphin Hotel, you can head straight to Disney Springs for an afternoon of fun, great food, and magical shopping. Here, you can visit the
Guest Services & Welcome Center building located right by Zara,
D-Luxe Burger, and the Disney Ticket Center, where the friendly Cast Members will be more than happy to give you your Key to the World Cards!
Vera, if you do decide to spend some time at Disney Springs, I encourage you to get tickets for
Drawn to Life Presented by Cirque du Soleil® and Disney. It's a beautiful tear-jerker of a show that I've been lucky enough to see twice, and I promise that it's the best way to kick off a magical Disney vacation! Before or after your show, you could also make dinner reservations for one of the delicious restaurants nearby. I recommend
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' for a perfect and well-rounded welcome to the United States, but you can't really go wrong with any of the restaurants on property!
I hope your vacation is filled with magic and many enchanting surprises, Vera! If you have any other questions for us, we'd be more than happy to help you out again. See you real soon!
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
