Can I buy 2 tickets one for each park separately for the same day?

Hi Jacqueline, and welcome to planDisney!

As you may have heard, the Disneyland Resort has two incredible parks to explore: Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. In theory, you can buy two one-day/one-park tickets for the same person on the same day. However, if your intention is to visit both parks on the same day, you will save a significant amount of money if you purchase a park hopper ticket instead. For a slightly higher fee, you can select the park hopper option; with a park hopper ticket, you will begin your day at one of the parks, then after 1PM, you will have access to freely go back and forth between both parks until closing.

Another option you will have to add-on to your ticket is Genie+. The Genie+ service allows you to book Lightning Lanes (or access to shorter wait times at certain attractions). If you plan to visit both parks in one day, Genie+ is a great way to experience more attractions throughout both parks.

Have a magical experience at the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Ta-ta for now,
