Hi Katelyn,
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your vacation planning question. It's quite understandable that during these uncertain times of a global pandemic, sometimes it's necessary to make a contingency plan. I'm happy to inform you that if you purchase Walt Disney World
Theme Park Tickets and are unable to use them at your specified date, you may apply the value of your wholly unused tickets towards the price of tickets for a future date. This can be done as long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the purchase price of your original ticket. In other words, you will not be able to "downgrade" your tickets, but you can exchange them for equal or greater value tickets for a different date. Alternatively, you may also choose to
reassign theme park tickets to a member in your
Friends & Family List. Again, this can only be done if the tickets are unused.
If you would like to speak to a Cast Member about purchasing Walt Disney World theme park tickets, you may call the number listed in this directory under
New Tickets. This phone directory link has many useful phone numbers and has come in very handy for me on several occasions so you may choose to bookmark it for assistance later.
Have a Magical day and please let us know if we can answer any further Walt Disney World vacation planning questions! We are always happy to help!
