this month!
I understand you purchased four theme park tickets but can only see three in your My Disney Experience account. My first tip is to look for your tickets
online as well as in the
My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the app's homepage > Tickets and Passes). In my experience, tickets are occasionally visible in one digital space but not the other. Right now, for example, I can see 10 tickets in my My Disney Experience mobile app but only 8 online. As long as all of your tickets are visible in one place or the other, rest assured they are properly linked. An app restart or webpage refresh might also be helpful.
If you cannot see your ticket online or in the My Disney Experience mobile app, Nicolas, my next tip is to use the reservation code in your confirmation email to
link your ticket to your My Disney Experience account. I purchased two Walt Disney World Resort tickets last week and the reservation code I received was 12 alphanumeric characters. If you're still unable to locate your ticket, a helpful Cast Member at the
Existing Tickets number is ready to assist from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST each day. There is also a live Cast Member chat feature on the
Walt Disney World Resort website that pops up automagically when available.
In addition to theme park tickets properly linked to your My Disney Experience account, make sure everyone in your party has a
theme park reservation for each park day and a
method of entry (MagicBand, MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card). During your park days, you can use your My Disney Experience mobile app to purchase
Disney Genie+ service, reserve Lightning Lanes, and join
virtual queues for anyone on your
Family & Friends list.
