I want to buy tickets for my grandkids and Florida resident how do I get it

Hiya Estee - welcome to planDisney!

What a great grandparent you are - your grandkids are some lucky little Mouseketeers!

Mickey offers some fantastic Special Values for Florida Residents, including special Annual Passes, Multi-Day Theme Park Tickets, Disney Resorts Collection reservations, and more! Estee, these Special Offers are only for Florida Residents who can provide the necessary residency verification, however, children under the age of 18 are not required to provide proof of residency if they are accompanied by an adult who is a verified Florida Resident.

So, you are welcome to purchase Florida Resident Theme Park Tickets online, but in order for them to be used, they will need to be activated by providing proof of Florida Residency at any Theme Park Ticket Window, Guest Relations location, or at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Each adult using a Florida Resident Theme Park Ticket will need to provide their own proof of Florida Residency to activate their ticket, and any Guest under 18 will need an adult Florida Resident present to activate and use their ticket(s).

To clarify, if you are the only Guest who is a Florida Resident, and are traveling with two other adults, and two children under the age of 18, you would be able to purchase a Florida Resident ticket for yourself, and for both children, but the other two adults in your party would need to purchase standard Theme Park Tickets. You would also need to be present when the tickets for the two children are activated. This means that if you will not be joining your family on their Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you will not be able to purchase Florida Resident Tickets for them to use in your absence.

I hope this information is helpful! Once tickets are purchased, make sure they are linked to each Guest's My Disney Experience account so you can make Park Pass Reservations for the Theme Parks you wish to visit. This can all be done in advance without the tickets being activated, and will help ensure you get to visit the Theme Parks you want to during your vacation!
