During your transaction, you do identify individual names for the tickets, but don’t worry. The names that display on the tickets on the Disneyland Resort website or in your
Disneyland mobile app are really just for convenience and organizational purposes, because tickets aren’t officially assigned to a particular person until they are scanned for first use at a theme park entrance. At that point, a Cast Member will snap your family members' photos and a designated ticket will be assigned to each of them for the remainder of their trip.
If you find that a mistake is made or the party members change and you prefer to edit the names that are associated with the unused tickets prior to arrival, you can place a call to the ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will assist you. You can also use the Chat feature in the Disneyland mobile app (find and click the "Chat with Us" box).
