    I want to buy tickets as a gift but allow the recipient to select their own reservation dates. is this possible?

    Hi Matt, welcome to planDisney!

    Tickets to the Disneyland Resort are the BEST PRESENT! If you decide to purchase the tickets through the Disneyland Resort website, you will have to select reservation dates as part of the ticket-purchasing process.

    But I have good news! Your Guest can revise their reservation dates easily from within their Disneyland Resort account. To revise reservation dates, your Guest will need to cancel their current reservation by logging in to their Disneyland Resort account, selecting the "My Disneyland" link, and then clicking the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link. Select the reservation they wish to cancel and click "Cancel Reservation". Once canceled, they're free to book their new reservation!
