Hey there, Anthunee! Welcome to planDisney. I’m so glad you stopped by with your question!
Yes, you certainly can buy
tickets once you arrive at the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth, subject to availability. Let me explain how tickets and park reservations work so you can plan accordingly.
Each Guest needs not only a
theme park ticket to enter, but also a
park reservation for each day of their visit. Whether you purchase tickets online, or purchase them at the gate, it is the same
park reservation system that is being accessed to secure both a ticket and reservation.
That said, if your desired date is not available at first, I recommend continuing to check, as sometimes Guests change plans and cancel reservations, which are released back into the system for other Guests to grab!
As of now, I see
reservations available for May 11 for Disneyland Park as the starting park for a Park Hopper ticket, or for Disneyland Park for a One Park Per Day ticket. Reservation availability can change quickly, as I didn’t see these available just a few hours ago when I was checking for a friend! So, it's best to grab those reservations as soon as possible if you’d still like to visit that day.
Anthunee, sending you a pinch of pixie dust for good luck to secure your tickets. The magic awaits!
