Buy tickets for Florida and I want for California 😭

Hello Julieta and welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you accidentally purchased tickets for Walt Disney World in Florida and wanted to purchase tickets for Disneyland Resort in California.  Since Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort operate on two separate theme park ticket systems, you will not be able to use the tickets between both, and the theme park tickets are nonrefundable.  You can definitely reach out to the Walt Disney World Existing Tickets line to help explain your situation to a friendly Cast Member.

I hope that you are able to get back to the "Happiest Place on Earth" soon, and you can explore the theme park ticket options as well as Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Packages.  We love to stay at one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels, you cannot beat the proximity to both theme parks, as well as taking advantage of early entry!  Early entry allows guests staying at one of the Disneyland Resort hotels early admission to both theme parks 30 minutes early to enjoy select attractions, dining and shopping.

I'm sending you all of the pixie dust that you're able to get your tickets sorted out.  If you have any other questions Julieta, please do not hesitate to come back and ask!

    Have a magical day!
