    Can I buy tickets for Disneyland at the gate?

    Hi there, Maritza!

    Good question. The short answer is, yes, you can purchase theme park tickets in person at the Disneyland Resort main entrance ticket booths. The long answer is that I don’t recommend it. Not only is it much more convenient to purchase your theme park tickets online or in the Disneyland mobile app, but you also get the added convenience of being able to book your theme park reservations during the ticket purchase process.

    Tony’s Tip: Note that the same theme park reservation availability calendar applies to both tickets purchased beforehand and in-person. So it is critical to check for park availability before you decide to head to the Disneyland Resort to purchase tickets. If you would like to purchase in person because you need to use cash, I suggest purchasing a Disney Gift Card from a local retailer to then use for ticket purchases online.
