Hello, Doris! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question!
I have used the Disneyland Resort Express shuttle bus a few times to
get from the airport to the Disneyland Resort. It really is the most convenient option if you are traveling with a big group or with several youngsters that would require car seats on other modes of transportation. You can add vouchers for the Disneyland Resort Express when booking your vacation package or you can buy them separately from Coach USA, the third-party operator of the bus. If you Google “Disneyland Resort Express,” the Coach USA website should be the first result. You can purchase your vouchers in advance online and also view their routes and schedules.
Currently, the Disneyland Resort Express departs Los Angeles International Airport once every hour between 7:50 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. They estimate that it takes around one hour to travel to the Disneyland Resort area, but it could take longer depending on traffic. The Disneyland Resort Express drop offs at all three
Disneyland Resort Hotels and a few Good Neighbor Hotels. For others, it will stop at a general location and you might have to walk a bit to get to your final destination. You will also want to check the departure times from the Disneyland Resort area back to the airport. In my experience, there has been a time or two when we needed to leave for the airport earlier than the first pick up time, so it’s important to make sure the schedule matches your travel plans.
I hope this helps! Have a fabulous time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
