    If I buy tickets and have to cancel can I get a refund?

    Welcome Space Ranger to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m so happy to see that Star Command sent you our way Vicki!

    I too find myself very eager to return to Walt Disney World Resort. I miss the convenience of staying at a Disney Resort Hotel and the excitement of knowing I’m so close to the parks. Plus, don’t get me started on the food! I’m so ready to enjoy any and all of the Mickey-shaped treats and snacks once I return!

    Before purchasing tickets for your visit this September, I recommend calling the Disney Reservation Center to discuss your ability to modify or cancel your tickets. Keep in mind, tickets for the remainder of the 2020 year will resume sales later this summer, as they are currently unavailable. I recommend frequently visiting the Walt Disney World Resort official website for updates as to when ticket sales will resume. 

    If you feel more comfortable visiting in 2021, you are able to book a new vacation for the 2021 year beginning on June 28, 2020. You will even be able to view park reservation availability online prior to purchasing your tickets for the 2021 year!
