Hiya Eriell! And welcome to planDisney! How great that you're planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort with your little one! You are sure to make awesome memories at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
All guests age 3 and older require a valid
Walt Disney World Theme Park Ticket to enter the theme parks. Those children younger than 3 years old do not require a theme park ticket. Children ages 3 to 9 years old will have a different cost than guests ages 10 years old and up.
Eriell, my favorite part of any Disney vacation is being there with my children. My husband and I have a 3 year old that we have been taking to the parks since she was 10 months old and there are so many attractions, rides and activities for little ones! I'll start with our little one's favorite; meeting characters! I find
character dining the easiest to get this done. You get to beat the heat by being indoors and you often times get to see multiple characters in one location. Our girl loves Mickey, Minnie and Goofy so a reservation at
Chef Mickey's is a must at every visit!
You'll also find that there are many rides for your little one to enjoy! There are plenty of rides with no height requirement that he will be able to get on. Our daughter really enjoyed most of the rides at
Magic Kingdom Park including
Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, “it’s a small world,” Jungle Cruise and my husband's favorite T
omorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover. Depending on his height, there are plenty of other rides he will be able to get on. It's important to know that rides are based on height, not age.
My nephew is 4 and his absolute favorite attraction is
Turtle Talk With Crush located in World Nature Center in
EPCOT. Your son will be able to have a conversation in real time with everyone's favorite totally tubular sea turtle!
Eriell, I hope you find this information helpful. Thank you again for visiting planDisney. We'll see ya real soon!
