If I buy ticket vouchers through an outside reseller, can I link to my disney experience ahead of time I set day passes I what not and can I get my tickets early or do I need to go to will call at the park?

Hi Danny and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m happy to see that you have a plan in the works to visit the Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays! There’s so much to enjoy that time of year and you can’t beat the great weather!

There are lots of places you can purchase theme park tickets. AAA, retail stores and even some companies offer discounted tickets for employees. You can definitely link tickets to your My Disney Experience account. You can also make FastPass+ reservations 30 days before your planned visit. That window is 60 days if you’re a Disney Resort hotel guest.

Danny, no matter where you purchase Florida Resident theme park tickets you will have to visit Will Call/ Guest Services at any of the theme parks to activate your tickets. These tickets require you to show Proof of Florida Residency before you can enjoy your fun-filled day at the theme parks. If you purchase a multi-day ticket, you would only have to do this on the first day. After that, you can come and go!

As you plan your holiday trip, make sure to take a look at Special Offers that may be available to Florida Residents. As a Florida Resident myself, I always check. It’s my family’s favorite time to visit and we really enjoy all the benefits of being a Disney Resort hotel guest that time of year. Our favorite perk is Extra Magic Hours. We love that extra time to explore all the Christmas decorations at the theme parks!
