Hello Joshua, and welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with your question. We appreciate your patience as we assist all who are anxious to
return to a land of magic.
I'm sorry to hear that you aren't looking to use the tickets you recently purchased. Unfortunately,
Disneyland theme park tickets are non-refundable; however, all is not lost even if you are unable to visit as originally planned. If you purchased multi-day tickets, they don't expire until January 12, 2023, or 13 days after their first use (whichever comes first), so you can use them anytime between now and then.
If you bought a one-day ticket, when the time is right for you to enjoy the Happiest Place on Earth, you can apply the amount paid to the price of a new ticket by
calling (714) 781-4636. A friendly Cast Member will help you modify the ticket date and pay any price differences necessary. Don't forget to make new
theme park reservations once you have chosen a new date to visit.
I hope this is helpful, Joshua, and that you're able to reschedule your day at
Disneyland Park or
Disney California Adventure Park soon. Thanks again for sending your question our way, and if there's anything we can do to make future visits more magical, come back anytime.
Wishing you a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!
Betsy
