Welcome to planDisney, Tina!
I hope that you're able to go on your vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth! It looks like you're just a few weeks out, and I hope that you're able to use all of your tickets!
As per the
Walt Disney World Ticket Expiration Timeline page, we are told that theme park tickets are valid for admission starting on the selected start date that you initially reserved, and they have to be used within the valid use period that was given to you at the time of purchase. (I'll list below that use period criteria.)
1-day – Ticket valid for 1 day beginning on the selected start date
2-day – Ticket valid for 4 days beginning on the selected start date
3-day – Ticket valid for 5 days beginning on the selected start date
4-day – Ticket valid for 7 days beginning on the selected start date
5-day – Ticket valid for 8 days beginning on the selected start date
6-day – Ticket valid for 9 days beginning on the selected start date
7-day – Ticket valid for 10 days beginning on the selected start date
8-day – Ticket valid for 12 days beginning on the selected start date
9-day – Ticket valid for 13 days beginning on the selected start date
10-day – Ticket valid for 14 days beginning on the selected start date
Each ticket is going to have a slightly different expiration period based on the length of the ticket. Theme park tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable, however they can sometimes be modified/changed. If you are interested in that avenue, open the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, tap the "≡" option at the bottom of the screen, then select the “Tickets and Passes” option. When you locate your tickets tap “Change Ticket and select Valid Ticket Dates” to choose new dates for your tickets. If you have trouble doing this, please use the "Chat" feature to have a Cast Member help you with this modification process.
I hope you're able to figure this all out, Tina! If you have any additional questions, we'd love to hear from you again at planDisney!
See ya real soon,
Allyn
