    When you buy a ticket for mickeys not to scary Halloween party, do you also need a park ticket for that day? We plan to arrive that day and only go to the party.

    Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom is a MUST DO in my and my girls' book! We look forward to it every single time we visit Walt Disney World in the fall.
    The Party is considered a "hard ticket" event and, as such, requires a separate paid admission to Magic Kingdom on Party nights. The Party runs from 7 PM until midnight but guests attending the Party only can begin arriving as early as 4 PM. If you wished to enter sooner, you would be required to purchase or possess a valid Magic Kingdom admission ticket in addition to the Party ticket.
