Hi there, Marigie!
Guests who need to purchase theme park tickets in person at the Disneyland Resort may do so at one of the main entrance ticket booths. This is a useful option for those who prefer to pay in cash or who would like to use multiple
Disney Gift Cards for a single transaction. So yes, you may purchase your park tickets in person. But I highly recommend
purchasing tickets in advance online or in the
Disneyland mobile app. That is because even after you purchase your tickets, you will still need to book
theme park reservations. The same pool of park reservations applies to both online and in-person ticket sales. Plus, the process of booking your park reservations is included when you purchase your tickets online or in the Disneyland mobile app.
Tony’s Tip: Because theme park reservations are limited, it is best to purchase tickets and book reservations as soon as possible. But what if it looks like reservations are not available? I know that can be frustrating. So here’s what you can do. Keep checking the
theme park reservation availability calendar. Other Guests may need to cancel their reservations and book for another date. Then, their canceled reservations may become available for you to book! Also, if you are staying at one of the three
Disneyland Resort Hotels, be sure to book your park reservation from the “
My Hotel Reservations” page. That way, you’ll be able to use one of the
theme park reservations exclusively for hotel Guests.
I hope this helps get you one step closer to strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. at The Happiest Place on Earth, Marigie.
Have a magical time!
