If I buy ten tickets with the mobile option clicked on when you buy them how would each person access them

    Hi William,

Welcome to planDisney! Ten tickets to purchase? It sounds like you are planning a visit with a larger group. Having planned visits for larger groups in the past, I am happy to help!

There are a few ways to make sure everyone can access their tickets. If folks have their own My Disney Experience accounts, you can link each ticket to each individual through their My Disney Experience account. Everyone just needs to be connected through the My Family & Friends List. They can then access their tickets through the Tickets & Passes link in the My Disney Experience Mobile App.

Folks can also access their tickets using the Disney MagicMobile Service through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. At this time, with this service, we can set up a digital pass and access it through the Apple or Google Wallet feature on our cell phones.

If you are managing plans for folks, especially children, it may be easier to 1) Make sure you have created a profile for each guest in your My Disney Experience Account, 2) Link the tickets to those profiles, and 3) Purchase a MagicBand or MagicBand+ for everyone and link those to each profile in your My Disney Experience account. Then, people can use their MagicBand or MagicBand+ to scan into the parks. If you do not wish to purchase MagicBand or MagicBand+ for everyone, you can also get admissions cards from Guest Relations for everyone when you arrive. And, finally, review other details about how you can access the magic when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort!

William, it does take a little time to get everyone set-up and linked in My Disney Experience, but once you do, it makes your trip so much easier! My last piece of advice would be to make sure you have a profile for everyone created and/or linked in your My Disney Experience account before you purchase those tickets. You can then assign them to each person in your party when making the purchase!

As you make those final plans, remember to consider Disney Genie+, advanced dining reservations, and Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. All of these could be really helpful as you visit with a larger group! One more tip - when making dining reservations, you may need to search for two groups of five or two groups of four and one party of two.

We cannot wait to welcome you to the magic!

    Magic and memories,
