You will find the Star Wars Ear Hats and Headbands at various on-property
Shops and Stores. I do have an insider tip for you. By downloading the
Shop Disney Parks app on your smartphone and searching for the "Star Wars Ear Hat," you will be able to locate the designs that are available at Magic Kingdom Park. Once you click on a particular product, use the "Find on Map" function to determine where that product is sold and whether it is in stock. For instance, I can see, that the Star Wars R2-D2 Ear Hat is currently available and in stock at The Chapeau,
Emporium, Fantasy Faire, Merchant of Venus and
Big Top Souvenirs. Similarly, the Star Wars C-3PO Ear Hat can be found at The Chapeau, Emporium and Merchant of Venus.
You will be able to locate any merchandise at the Disney Theme Parks via the Shop Disney Parks app. I think you will find this app very helpful while searching for just about any item!
