    If i buy something online in any store like Best Buy, do the disney Hotels receive the delivery under my name?? how does it work? thanks!

    Hi Carolina!  You can ship ahead packages for you to your resort as well as have things shipped directly to you before your arrival.

    When traveling with small infants we would ship formula and diapers directly and never had an issue with it not arriving. However, it is always a risk that something can get lost so be sure to have tracking numbers and phone numbers to contact the location of purchase in case it doesn't show up.

    When mailing something to a resort you will want to put it to the name that your reservation is in. If it is in your name them put you  or if it is in your husband or other person's name then use that reservation name.  Under your name please put your arrival date.  That is followed by your resort name and address complete with zip code etc.

    Upon check-in ask for them to check for a package for you that was to be delivered to the resort. It is often noted in the computer under your reservation if it has been delivered.  The only time I had an issue is when someone took it from the package waiting area to a back office and no one could find it for about two hours. But they apologized and all was good and it was in my hands personally delivered to my room. They try hard to accommodate all their guest needs.
