Welcome to planDisney, Catherine! Buckle up, we are about to chug our way to new merchandise!
Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway is a family favorite. At the end of each visit, we all get “one last pick”. And those picks range from must-eats to must-dos. At the very top of my husband’s list is this attraction, and
beignets from the French Quarter. I know that’s two selections, but we play the parent card, and the kids don’t mind squeezing in an extra sprinkle or Disney magic. Especially since we all agree that we would much rather stay, instead of heading home.
Since you won’t be in Hollywood Studios this trip, you’ll want to make a quick stop at Disney Springs. There, you can find
World of Disney, which is probably the biggest Disney merchandise store I’ve ever been in. You’ll be able to find a little bit of everything in there. World of Disney is going to be your best bet for finding the merchandise you're looking for. I'm wishing on every star that you do!
If you are in Magic Kingdom, I also recommend popping into the
Emporium. During our last visit, my son had found this Mickey bucket hat at Animal Kingdom that he wanted, but wasn’t committed to buying it since it was our first park day, and he wanted to see what else there was. On the last day, he didn’t find anything and was crushed that we weren’t going back to Animal Kingdom. To our surprise, we found the hat in the Emporium! We were really lucky, and extra Pixie Dust must have found us that day. Since then, we have learned to buy it when we see it, just in case our Pixie Dust runs low.
Catherine, I hope you find just what you are looking for during your trip. Save room in your suitcase for all your Mickey-shaped finds! And if there’s anything else we can help with, you know where to find us.
Happy Shopping,
Shantel
