Can you buy regular Magic Bands 2 at the Port Orleans resort?

    Jennifer,

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

I recently stayed at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, and the store there, Fulton's General Store, had both MagicBands, and the new MagicBand+ bands available for sale. The selection was not bad, and there were certainly enough options of each for most guests to find one that they could like.

I expect that you will be able to find these still for sale in most stores, including in stores at other resorts and in the parks.

    BONUS TIP #1
While I am a big fan of so many of the new experiences offered by the new MagicBand+ bands, with the standard MagicBands you still have so many great conveniences available. I love that you can use your band to scan in to your Genie+ or Individual Lightning Lane rides, open your Disney resort hotel room, and scan your theme park ticket.

    BONUS TIP #2
If you are at Port Orleans and need a place for a quiet break, but not in your hotel room, I love sitting inside the Riverside Mill Food Court. The far end of the seating area is quiet, there are kid-friendly tables, and some of those window seats can offer a view of the water wheel that is just outside. I have ridden out many an afternoon storm enjoying the views.

Please feel free to write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
