I am so excited to hear that you have recently joined the Magic Key holder family. Hooray! I love being able to visit the parks as a
Magic Key holder, and I know you will, too. While you can upgrade a wholly unused or partially used ticket to a Magic Key pass, you cannot use a ticket to upgrade your current Magic Key pass to another pass type. If you have specific questions about Magic Key upgrades, I highly recommend calling the Magic Key line for further clarification. At the time of writing this, the Enchant Key is the only
Magic Key available for purchase (or upgrade).
When planning your first visit as Magic Key holders, I recommend celebrating by making a reservation at the
Magic Key Terrace in California Adventure. I appreciate that the menu does change from time to time and it's a nice, quiet spot for a break. I highly recommend enjoying the views of the park by making a reservation just before sunset as you may just have a view of Cars Land to see the neon lights activate.
