Hey, Danielle! Welcome to planDisney.
This is a great question! It looks like you're planning to maximize the magic of your Disney day. And I have good news for you. If you have a valid theme park ticket with the
Park Hopper Option linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can purchase a
Lightning Lane Multi Pass for one park and a
Lightning Lane Premier Pass for another on the same day, pending availability. Both passes become available to book at the same time. If you’re staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, your booking window opens at 7 AM (E.T.), seven days before check-in. If you’re staying off-property, you can book starting at 7 AM (E.T.), 3 days before your park ticket start date (for date-based tickets).
To increase your chances of securing the return times you want, I recommend purchasing the Lightning Lane Multi Pass first and selecting your rides before buying the Lightning Lane Premier Pass. This strategy is especially helpful at
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, where popular return times can go quickly. If you don’t get your preferred time right away, don’t worry—availability often changes in the days leading up to your visit or even on the day itself. I would recommend trying to get return times for Na'vi River Journey, Kilimanjaro Safaris, and Expedition Everest.
When it’s time to park hop, keep in mind that direct bus transportation runs between Disney’s Animal Kingdom and
Disney’s Hollywood Studios, with park-to-park service typically beginning at 10 AM.
I trust that's helpful, Danielle. If you need any more tips and advice, you know where to find us. Happy planning!
Mike
